Professor Michael Buckland Partners with B4L
Professor Michael Buckland has partnered with Brain 4 Life in an effort to educate, prevent and research chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
"As a specialist in neuropathology, I have witnessed firsthand the effects traumatic brain injury can have on individuals and their loved ones. As a result, I have committed myself to educating the public and medical practitioners about chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), connecting affected families to create a support network and facilitating world class research on CTE through brain donorship programs.
As such, I am writing to show my support for Brain 4 Life. I wholeheartedly support their mission in preserving and enhancing brain health by preventing neurological decline, supporting recovery from brain injuries, and advancing education in brain science.
I have witnessed Brain 4 Life’s dedication to grow and develop in their commitment to revolutionising brain health through education that will lay the groundwork for prevention methods that will help, and support individuals and families impacted by brain health challenges.
I am committed to working with Brain 4 Life in our shared objective of supporting those with brain injury, educating the community on CTE and raising awareness of prevention methods.
I look forward to our future collaboration and its resulting outcomes."
